Deputy Shane Moynihan asked the Minister for Education and Youth the basis for her Department’s decision to refuse access to a sales contract which was requested under the Freedom of Information Act 2014 (details supplied); and if she will provide an update on the status of the outstanding contractual amendments and the expected timeline for finalisation.
