515. Deputy Thomas Gould asked the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage the number of AHB units funded under CAS in 2025; the number of schemes this applied to; and the number of schemes of less than 20 units that currently have funding under CAS. [32147/26]
View answerThe Capital Assistance Scheme (CAS) provided funding for the delivery of 397 social homes, across 107 projects, in 2025. To the end of 2025, some 48 CAS projects with 20 units or less were approved funding but were not yet completed.
