569. Deputy Peadar Tóibín asked the Minister for Social Protection the number of staff that are currently inactively employed by his Department or any organisation with responsibility to his Department. [32315/26]

Minister for Social Protection

There are currently 242 inactive staff members within the Department of Social Protection comprising employees on various types of leave such as maternity/paternity leave, career break and carer's leave.
