Deputy Ken O'Flynn asked the Minister for Children, Disability and Equality whether an emergency or accelerated provision pathway exists for adults with an intellectual disability whose primary carer becomes incapacitated or dies; and the number of cases in which such emergency placements have been required in each of the past five years.
