Deputy Ken O'Flynn asked the Minister for Health if the HSE provides any direct supports, allowances, or reimbursement schemes to assist families caring for persons requiring continuous electrically powered medical equipment such as oxygen concentrators in the home; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
