Deputy Ken O'Flynn asked the Minister for Health whether the HSE records the reason for agency staffing expenditure by category, including vacancy cover, sick leave, maternity leave, surge activity, or unfilled recruitment; and if so, to provide the breakdown for 2024, 2025, and to date in 2026.
