1073. Deputy Ken O'Flynn asked the Minister for Health to clarify which body holds primary responsibility for public health protection where repeated exceedances of drinking water contaminants occur; and the way in which accountability is coordinated between the HSE, Uisce Éireann, and the Environmental Protection Agency.
