744. Deputy Ken O'Flynn asked the Minister for Health whether any specialty-specific analysis has been undertaken regarding reliance on agency staffing for Waiting List Action Plan delivery, including in orthopaedics, ophthalmology, ENT and gastroenterology. [36319/26]
