Deputy Ken O'Flynn asked the Minister for Health whether the HSE has issued updated clinical guidance to GPs, consultant paediatricians, psychiatrists, or CAMHS teams concerning referrals of minors for gender-related healthcare abroad following changes introduced by the NHS in September 2024.
