1074. Deputy Ken O'Flynn asked the Minister for Health whether any complaints, appeals, or representations were received from pharmacies regarding claim rejection accuracy or consistency in 2024 and 2025; and if so, the number received. [36915/26]

Under the Health Act 2004, the day-to-day operational responsibility for the management and delivery of health services is a matter for the HSE. This query has therefore been referred to the HSE for direct reply to the Deputy.
