Deputy Ken O'Flynn asked the Minister for Health whether the HSE Mental Health Services Key Performance Indicator Metadata document includes standard national definitions for referral, re-referral, assessment, attendance, discharge, completed case, DNA, cancellation and unique client; and if she will provide those definitions.
