Deputy Ken O'Flynn asked the Minister for Health whether the HSE has undertaken any independent review of outcomes, safeguarding issues, regret rates, detransition rates, or long-term psychological outcomes associated with referrals of minors abroad for gender-related healthcare.; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
