My Department is responsible for a range of actions contained in the Programme for Government, Securing Ireland’s Future. As Minister I work in partnership with the Secretary General, other members of the Management Board and the wider senior management team, to ensure delivery of these actions. The structures in place to achieve and monitor delivery include the Department’s Statement of Strategy 2025-2028, the annual business plans of each unit, the publication of annual reports, and regular Ministerial Management Board meetings. Specific reporting on Programme for Government commitments is compiled on a regular basis to maintain focus on these commitments.
