Deputy Cathy Bennett asked the Minister for Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation the number of settlement agreements sanctioned by his Department which would need to comply with Circular 09/2018, in the years 2020 to date; the number of which contained a confidentiality clause; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
