784. Deputy Conor D. McGuinness asked the Minister for Justice, Home Affairs and Migration the name of the external companies that provide cleaning and security personnel to his Department in each of the years 2025 and to date in 2026; when the contracts are next scheduled for renewal. [38789/26]
View answerMy Department is subject to EU and national public procurement rules. These rules promote an open, competitive, and non-discriminatory tendering regime which delivers value for money. To ensure adherence to these public procurement rules, my Department uses the Office of Government Procurement (OGP) national public procurement frameworks for all goods and services, where these are available.
The following external companies provided cleaning and security personnel to my Department in 2025 and 2026. Relevant years have been indicated with a Yes (Y) or No (N).
