Deputy Liam Quaide asked the Minister for Health if addressing bullying, low morale and dysfunctional grievance processes within the HSE will be included among the formal priorities for the incoming HSE CEO; if specific targets, timelines and reporting arrangements will be put in place; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
