Deputy Ged Nash asked the Minister for Health the reason the HSE is not providing standard planning and environmental warranties and assurances to Louth County Council in respect of the proposed handover of lands known as Bully’s Acre in Drogheda (details supplied); and if she will make a statement on the matter.
