I am informed by my officials that the Old Courthouse in Tuam, County Galway is not owned by the Commissioners of Public Works or by the Minister for Public Expenditure; Infrastructure; Public Service Reform and Digitalisation.

The OPW is therefore not involved in the consideration of the future use of this property.
