577. Deputy Ken O'Flynn asked the Minister for Health whether the National Ambulance Service conducts retrospective clinical reviews of cases involving extended dispatch delays; the number undertaken since 2020; and whether any identified patient harm linked to delayed allocation. [41050/26]
