Deputy Ken O'Flynn asked the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 539 of 19 February, whether any legal advice was sought, obtained, or considered concerning the proposed reliance upon WPATH Standards of Care Version 7 in connection with the consultant child and adolescent psychiatry post referenced.
