Deputy Ken O'Flynn asked the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 539 of 19 February, whether the HSE has undertaken any assessment of why repeated recruitment campaigns over a three-year period for the consultant child and adolescent psychiatry post referenced in the reply failed to attract applicants.
