Deputy Paul Lawless asked the Minister for Health if she is aware that patients with diabetes in Mayo must travel to Galway for essential treatments including eye injections and laser therapy; the plans in place to provide these services locally at Mayo University Hospital; and if she will outline the timeline for same.
