It is not possible to provide a reliable estimate of the average cost of answering a Parliamentary Question. The time and resources required vary significantly depending on the complexity of the question, the availability and format of the information requested, and whether input is required from multiple officials, divisions, or external agencies. Given this variability, an average cost would not accurately reflect the work involved.
