Fáilte Ireland is Ireland's national tourism development agency, and works in partnership with Government, State agencies, Local Authorities, representative groups and industry to develop tourism across Ireland.

Fáilte Ireland has developed a number of regional tourism development strategies, such as the Wild Atlantic Way and then works collaboratively with local stakeholders to create Destination Experience Development Plans (DEDPs).

Fáilte Ireland has collaborated extensively with Kerry County Council on the development of multiple DEDPs and Visitor experience development plans across Kerry, details of which are available here: www.failteireland.ie/Regional-experience-brands/Wild-Atlantic-Way/Wild-Atlantic-Way-experience-development.aspx

Fáilte Ireland has confirmed that it is not aware of the specific project referenced by the Deputy, but would be willing to engage with the promoter once details of the project are provided. Fáilte Ireland may be contacted in relation to this via oireachtas@failteireland.ie.
