Deputy Gillian Toole asked the Minister for Children, Disability and Equality the reason children with disabilities requiring push chairs to enable inclusion in family and school activities or outings are being refused access to same by Children's Disability Network Teams on grounds of restraint; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
