The General Employment Permit application referenced by the deputy was received on 05 May 2026.
A decision to approve this application was made on 17 June 2026 and the General Employment Permit application referenced by the Deputy has since issued.
The applicant has been formally notified of the outcome.
To support applicants and employers, the Department has introduced a Self-Service Portal, which provides real-time updates on application status. In addition, a dedicated mailbox is available for Oireachtas members at tdepqueries@enterprise.gov.ie
