Deputy Aengus Ó Snodaigh asked the Minister for Culture, Communications and Sport the estimated annual increased cost of expanding the basic income for the arts scheme to cover 1,000 additional recipients; to cover twice as many participants; to cover 50% of all eligible applicants; and to cover all eligible applicants.
