387. Deputy Louise O'Reilly asked the Minister for Social Protection the breakdown of the estimated first year and full year cost of an increase in €10 to each disability-contingent payment, in tabular form. [46723/26]

The estimated cost of providing a €10 increase to all disability-contingent payments is outlined in the table below. The total cost is estimated at €128.5 million.

It should be noted that these costings include proportionate increases for qualified adults and for those on reduced rates of payment, where relevant. It should also be noted that these costings are subject to change in the context of emerging trends and the associated revision of the estimated numbers of recipients for 2026.
