Deputy Cian O'Callaghan asked the Minister for Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation to provide an update on the work his Department is doing to progress 'Circular 03-2026 Application of 1 September 2025 Local Bargaining Clause under Public Service Agreement 2024 to 2026'; the timeline for when these payments will be made; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I can confirm to the Deputy that the National Shared Services Office (NSSO) have identified the officers who are due an incremental step and are continuing to process all payments in relation to the grades encompassed within Circular 03/2026. At this stage, the fortnightly paid officers have been processed and the NSSO are currently processing the weekly paid officers. It is anticipated that these officers will be processed by the end of July.
