View answerI am advised by the Social Welfare Appeals Office that an appeal for the person concerned was registered on 1st May 2026.
The appeal is currently assigned to an Appeals Officer, who will make a summary decision on the appeal based on the documentary evidence presented or, if required, hold an oral hearing. The person concerned will be notified of the Appeals Officers decision in writing as soon as the decision is finalised.
