View answerI wish to inform the Deputy that the Agriculture Appeals Office operates independently of my Department.
I am advised that an Interdepartmental competition for appointment to the post of Director of Agriculture Appeals (Chief Appeals Officer) in the Office of Agriculture Appeals (Portlaoise) is currently being held by publicjobs.
A new Director of Agriculture Appeals will be appointed upon completion of this competitive process.
