857. Deputy Sorca Clarke asked the Minister for Health the estimated cost of providing universal counselling within primary care; the cost of providing counselling in primary care for 0-18 years, 0-25 years and over 25's, in tabular form; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [47721/26]
