Deputy Pádraig Rice asked the Minister for Health if any accountability mechanisms exist for HSE compliance with the Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) recommendations; the actions that have been taken in respect of a decision issued on agreed terms in August 2023 (details supplied); and if she will make a statement on the matter.
