503. Deputy David Cullinane asked the Minister for Health the estimated cost of raising the GP visit card basic weekly rate for a married or co-habiting couple to €1,000, €1,250, €1,500, €2,000 and €2,500 and in proportional amounts for the other thresholds; the number of estimated eligible people in each bracket and the number of currently eligible people in the current brackets; and the estimated cost at expected uptake and at 100% uptake, in tabular form.
