Deputy Ken O'Flynn asked the Minister for Health to name the specific HSE governance structure, committee, or officeholder that approved the inclusion of WPATH standards of care version seven in the 2019 CAAC application, given that the HSE reply of 23 June 2026 described the post’s approval but did not identify any approving body or individual.
