Deputy Ken O'Flynn asked the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 1117 of 19 May 2026, whether the HSE maintains a centralised database recording referrals abroad for gender-related care under the treatment abroad scheme; and if so, which HSE division is responsible for its governance and oversight (details supplied).
