'The Value of Data Centres to Ireland’, an independent report commissioned by the Department of Enterprise, Tourism and Employment, identifies 72 operational, grid-connected data centre buildings as of 2025, made up of hyperscale and non-hyperscale facilities and predominantly located in the Greater Dublin Area.

The Deputy may wish to contact EirGrid and ESBN directly in relation to current and planned customer connections to the electricity network.
