524. Deputy Ken O'Flynn asked the Minister for Health to identify the post within the HSE that holds responsibility for assuring that privately contracted home support providers report safeguarding and medication-related incidents; and whether the inability to extract such data from HSE systems is recorded on any risk register or audit plan.
