Deputy Ken O'Flynn asked the Minister for Health whether any single national system enables the HSE to identify, across all HSE-funded sites, whether a healthcare worker is directly employed, agency or locum and the workers currently on administrative leave or removed from placement, or subject to a criminal investigation or an unresolved patient-safety concern.
