View answerIn September 2024, following a competitive procurement process, the Department awarded Synergy Security Solutions Ltd. a contract for the provision of security services.
The contract for security services includes static guarding and alarm response to 88 buildings nationwide across the network of the department’s Intreo Offices and a number of HQ buildings.
The expenditure for 2025 was €5.1 million and the expenditure for the year to date in 2026 is €2.3 million.
