Deputy Eoin Hayes asked the Minister for Children, Disability and Equality the number of residential spaces for adults with an intellectual disability that have been decommissioned or closed by the HSE and Section 38 and Section 39 type organisations for each of the years 2021 to 2025 inclusive; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
