Deputy Pa Daly asked the Minister for Children, Disability and Equality whether she is satisfied that children and adults with Down syndrome who are not members of any organisation have equitable access to the State-funded GLÓR Speech and Language Therapy Programme; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
