I am advised by the Social Welfare Appeals Office that a Section 318 review for the person concerned was registered on 9th July 2026.

The Section 318 review is currently assigned to the Chief Appeals Officer, who understands the importance of the case, and will prioritise the completion of the review.

I trust this clarifies the matter for the Deputy.
