Deputy Ken O'Flynn asked the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 704 of 28 May 2026, given that no formal audit or governance review was cited, whether the Department will commit to commissioning a retrospective governance assessment of the 2018 to 2019 approval process.
