Deputy Pádraig O'Sullivan asked the Minister for Health the number of patients availing of the GMS medicines optimisation support service since its commencement on 1 June 2026; the number of patients previously in receipt of phased dispensing who have transitioned to the new service; and if she will make a statement on the matter. Under the Health Act 2004, the day-to-day operational responsibility for the management and delivery of health services is a matter for HSE. This query has therefore been referred to the HSE for direct reply to the Deputy.
