View answerI propose to take Questions Nos. 31 to 47, inclusive, together.
The Labour Employer Economic Forum (LEEF) is made up of representatives from the government, employers and trade unions and provides for tripartite dialogue on economic and employment issues as they affect the labour market.
I have chaired three meetings of the LEEF since my last report to the Dáil in June 2025. The most recent meeting of the LEEF took place on 8 July.
The discussion focused primarily on priorities for Budget 2027, the impact of AI on the labour market, and scope to deepen social dialogue.
The members agreed to continue working together on these issues in the period ahead.
