427. Deputy Réada Cronin asked the Minister for Health the reason referrals correctly sent to consultants in the vascular unit in St. James’s Hospital are not resulting in scheduled appointments or initial in-person outpatient assessments; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [54212/26]
