2983. Deputy Liam Quaide asked the Minister for Children, Disability and Equality the number of safeguarding concerns in disability services opened in each of the years 2023, 2024, 2025 and to date in 2026 that remain open for more than 12 months as of 30 June 2026; the number referred to An Garda Síochána in each year; and the figures by HSE Health Region and provider type in the services in question.
