Deputy Pádraig Mac Lochlainn asked the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 171 of 9 July 2026, to clarify the reason the manager at Letterkenny University Hospital was tasked with the response when the report is awaiting sign off and agreement by the HSE at national level and by the Minister; and the timeframe for this decision.
