Deputy John Clendennen asked the Minister for Enterprise, Tourism and Employment the number of complaints and expressions of concern received by the Corporate Enforcement Authority in each year since its establishment in 2022; the number which resulted in a preliminary assessment, formal investigation, referral to another body, enforcement action, prosecution or other action; the number in respect of which no further action was taken; the number which remain under consideration or investigation, by year and outcome, in tabular form. Deputy John Clendennen asked the Minister for Enterprise, Tourism and Employment to provide a breakdown of complaints and expressions of concern received by the Corporate Enforcement Authority in each year from 2022 to date in 2026, by the nature of the alleged breach or issue raised, including suspected breaches of company law, directors’ duties, company filings, insolvency-related matters, fraudulent trading or other relevant categories, in tabular form.
